Rachel Barnes, CCIM

Rachel Barnes, an eight year veteran of Iowa City area commercial real estate sales and leasing has just earned the CCIM designation issued by the Commercial Investment Institute a sanctioned body of the National Association of Realtors.  The Realtors CCIM designation is the “gold standard” for commercial real estate excellence in the world.  Out of the 997,148 real estate agents in the United States, just 13,000 of them hold the CCIM designation.  There are now just four CCIM designees in Johnson County, Iowa.

The course of study involves several week long core courses with a comprehensive final exam.  There are also rigorous commercial real estate experience requirements of designees.  The course of study covers graduate level discounted cash flow and investment analysis, site selection, demographic analysis, marketing, business practice and ethics components.  Investors seeking the highest degree of expertise, experience and ethical standards look for CCIM designees!

Nationwide Open House Weekend was a Success!

Open Houses are just one way to get your property exposure in the market.

LKR Raffling off Playhouse at Home Show - March 1, 2 and 3. Don't Miss it!

LKR is excited to see you at this years Home Show! 

As you walk into the Home Show, it would be hard to miss the children’s playhouse that
Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® is raffling off. It’s approximately 8-feet by 10-feet.  The playhouse had been used on a parade float in the UI Homecoming Parade and the 4th of July Festival
parade. Now we’re going to raffle off the playhouse and the proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity.
