LKR Named Best Real Estate Agency for 2011
Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS was named Best of the Area in the real estate agency category by the Iowa City Press Citizen for 2011.

On December 19th, Yahoo Finance ran an article highlighting the six best cities for starting over in 2012. Iowa City, Iowa ranked number 1.
No. 1 starting-over community: Iowa City, Iowa
Population: 150,000
This city is home to the University of Iowa, which helps contribute to its 4.7% jobless rate and 16.1% singles population.
Located on the Iowa River, Iowa City served as Iowa's territorial capital from 1841 to 1857, and the Old Capitol Building is still a local landmark.
"Iowa City really is a nice town," Sperling says. "It has an attractive downtown, a well-educated population and a great community feel to it."

'Tis the Season for Giving
Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS went above and beyond by supporting the Crisis Center this holiday season.

We had 100% of agent participation, raising $1,600 and donating over 600 food items - helping those less fortunate.
On December 21, Terri Larson, Jessica Hochstedler-Yoder, Jeff Dill, Teri Hazelwood, Verne Folkmann & Kay Braverman helped deliver the food items to the Crisis Center. |
